Every year when Autumn comes around I curse the UK for not having a Bath and Body Works. With their incredible range of autumnal scents which always makes me a lil bit sad because I know I will probably never get my hands on any, I find myself searching every year for cheaper and accessible alternatives. This year I have found some dupes which won’t cost your bank balance a fortune and won’t require you catching a flight to the US. SO I thought I would kindly let you know about the £2.99 dupes I picked up in B&M.
At first glance you’d be forgiven for assuming that these candles were purchased in Bath and Body Works. The packaging is near enough identical – from the large glass container to the finishing of the silver leaf embossed lid – it just screams Bath and Body Works. These Essence candles are from B&M and they come in a reasonable variety of fragrances, for under £3!
I purchased 3 scents from the range as the options my store had was limited. The 3 I can recommend are: Brown Sugar All Spice which is a lovely, spicy, wintery scent that reminds me of hot chocolate and cinammon swirls; Radiant Red Maple which is a mixture of cinammon, apples and vanilla which I also love; and Marshmallow Fireside which is more smokey than sweet, if you like realistic smoke/fire scents then this one is for you.
I’m currently burning Radiant Red Maple as we speak/type and although it’s not crazy scented like Yankee Candles, you can smell it when you walk into the room and that’s fine with me! I don’t think it will last for ages but I think for £2.99 you can’t complain and these have cured my Bath and Body Works craving (for now). Basically, I am urging you to get your butt down to B&M to grab a few of their £3 candles and enjoy. My bank balance just gave a massive sigh of relief.
Let me know if you manage to get your hands on any of the range!
